1. Decide whether all ages use same network or create a "Junior" (k4-6) "Senior" network (k7-12)
2. Decide on username conventions - Prefix to show whether a member is a teacher or student? Probably the simplest would be a prefix before teacher names - (how about Mr. Mrs. Ms. Miss Rabbi etc.) Also see avatar conventions below.
3. Decide on profile questions for Gesher Ning. These can be reached by clicking on Manage - Profile Questions
4. Decide on Avatar conventions (teacher's photos - students Jewish symbol, Literary Character or Hero)
5. Create a page on this wiki for your school (see the "Schools" page for guidelines).
6. Invite other Teachers, Schools to join both the wiki and Ning
